If you follow me on Instagram ( go on head over, you know you want to) then you know that I am somewhat obsessed with breakfast. Eat like a King as they say. I love muesli, chia pudding, Power Porrij and anything that involves Pancakes!
So I have been eating refrigerator oats for well over 2 years now, which seems crazy and they do come depending on my travel schedule but man I love it when I get organised and have all the supplies on hand to make them! Best part? I have a few friends joining in on the fun tooIn the 2 years I have been working to perfect this recipe so I thought I should post on here what I am currently eating. I have tried to put all the measurements to equate for both metric and imperial, hope that works!
Ingredients (makes 1 serve)
1/3 cup lite (2%) milk.
1/4 cup oats (not quick oats)
1/3 cup greek yoghurt
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon fruit jam
1/4 cup frozen berries
Mix together everything except for the berries, then place the berries on top and you are done. I usually make 3 days in advance.

So set aside 10-15 minutes on a Sunday evening and have breakfast ready to grab and go for the crazy mornings!
