The last few weeks I have been doing a plank challenge (as approved by my physio, as my diastis recti is almost completely closed, after a 4 finger separation - Oi!) and loving it. It has been getting tough though, I am up to 2 minutes on my knees.
15 mins walk around Cremorne. Was going to be longer but I think we were actually melting.
Another 20 minute walk to the shops.
30 minute walk exploring the neighbourhood. I am trying to take a new route every week! Still so hot so again cut short.
20 minute walk after breakfast. Then we checked out the kirribilli markets too.
So baby life is real when you turn up to a cafe and it isn't open yet. So we headed off for a quick 15 minute walk. I'm getting desperate when I even call that my "workout" for the day!
