Goodness it was 38C in the morning then a storm came through. We Managed only a 15 min walk, having to head home due to the rain.
25 minute walk - expertly timed between breaks in the rain (just).
Amazing run day!! A week since my last run didn't make it easy. I'm still working on 1 min run/1 min walk x 10 for now. Still great to get out there and sweat!! Also training for my Olive5k!
A one hour walk to/from breakfast. I mostly walk with the baby carrier and woah, the long set of stairs on the way back from breakfast is getting tough as he gets heavier!
