Weekly workouts are back! I can finally do something other than walk, so these may be somewhat interesting. Even if they aren't, it keeps me on track!
More rain but I did have my physio appointment today and I can run!
Even more rain.
Finally stopped raining, we went out for a walk!! Crazy, I wasn't game to go far in the weather break but we got there.
Run day!! I headed out for my first run. 3 months post baby. It was glorious. I hadn't run in over 6 months, and I was restricted to 1 min/1min intervals (not that I could do any more than that!).
Too much socializing, no workouts.
Another run, aiming for 3 X a week, this run already felt better! I wanted to run for longer than a minute on the flat and downhill! It was warm out though!!
