Freezing cold in Melbourne and my lower back has been a little tight (too much sitting and not enough stretching) so a nice swim was a welcome relief. The hotel that I stay at has the most beautiful 25m pool! Swimming is an awesome workout when travelling too, swimmers and goggles take up way less room than sneakers and workout gear!
Up early and to the gym for a strength workout. Haven't been doing enough strength lately! My new Brooks PureFlow are so fun though.
Early morning walk down to breakfast before heading out to the airport. I had an evening flight to JFK for some work training in New Jersey. 24 hours of flying but I went back in time (I still say "do I have to be the a$$hole that says we got in this thing and went back in time?" Every time we arrive in LA! I was by my myself for this trip so not quite as funny...
Snoozed off the long flight and wandered around near the hotel. Too hot to do much of anything.
