Typical Monday night boxing was great. It was a little cooler outside but it was still great to be outside punching out the Mondays!
Down in Melbourne for work so I managed to get to the gym in the evening for a great strength workout. Not sure it was the best day to do more squats and lunges after doing so many on Monday! Still, a workout is a workout and my butt could handle the pain and soreness!
Early morning cardio - some interval training on the treadmill, cross trainer and rower for a good morning session.
Finally a rest day.
Early morning Olive5k! Such a mild morning for a sunrise walk.
Headed to breakfast with some lovely girlfriends, so I walked there and back to attempt to burn off the amazing pancakes!
Sunday's are a win with another early morning breakfast and walk. I forgot to snap a pic (as usual) so I stole one that I took on Sunday playing in the park with Liz.
