This week was a good week for workouts, which was surprising given the travel and rain in Sydney!
Talk about getting an early start to Monday morning. Marcus and I were up at 5:30am so he could get to the gym and I could head off on my morning walk. I ended up jogging a far way on my walk this morning, so let's go ahead and call it a run even! Turns out not many people on the Harbour Bridge at 6am in winter! It wasn't too cold which was nice, still cold enough for this Sydney sider to need to keep her ears warm!
Monday morning was a flight up to Cairns for a work meeting, which meant Tuesday morning I could be up early for a nice warm sunny walk in the.... rain?? What? Yeah, that's the wet season for you. Oh well. I headed to the gym instead.
Still raining but only a drizzle and the gym was terrible so I headed out for an early morning walk anyway! I didn't get too wet and it was a lovely sunrise.
I have been having some lower back pain that I tend to get when I don't stretch my butt, a good physio session tends to fix it right up. Yoga is also a great way to finish off the working week and relax into the weekend. Particularly when it is pouring with rain outside.
