Monday - boxing was awesome, finally able to get back to a class after too many Monday night commitments. My arms were definitely sore for days!! I have been pretty good with keeping up my squats and leg work recently so the legs weren't too bad.
Wednesday - a great day to work from home when a huge storm rolled through right when I was planning on going for a walk... So instead I did a short workout at home with some more squats!
Saturday - awesome walk with Marcus to and from breakfast, best part of the weekend!
