Another week of workouts under the belt. It was good to be in Sydney most of the working week before heading away with Marcus on the weekend!
Monday - walk of 5km, silly me wore my Garmin which promptly went flat...
Wednesday - yoga time! It was a good yoga session, I have been sitting too long at my desk so it was good to jump out in the middle of the day!
Thursday - another lunch gym session, I did a new strength program through the gym, oh boy were my legs sore!
Saturday - on Friday I flew down to melbourne to meet Marcus for a quick weekend in Melbourne. One of the fun parts for us is being so close to the river, so we can walk to amazing breakfast spots every morning! We went for a nice little 5km walk or so on Saturday afternoon, the weather was amazing.
Sunday - another day, another breakfast, another walk! We walked about 4km to get to breakfast and then the same to get back. Pretty sure we actually needed to walk all the way back to Sydney to burn off all that food we ate though!
Hope the sunshine stays around for a little longer!
