This week was a week of walks, the weather was lovely for most of the week, more importantly I was home all week so I managed to get some great workouts in.
Monday - Boxing again, it is such a great workout being so close to my desk and right after work.
Wednesday - A lovely walk around the point. It was a great afternoon and I was walking from home, so it is great to get out for a walk in the afternoon before it starts to get dark (and really cold).
Thursday - Another walk, this one was in the evening though, I was out all day for work and so ended up not getting home until late. Marcus and I love evening walks in winter, such a great way to chat and spend time together.
Saturday - A nice morning walk down to breakfast in the freezing wind followed by a less than average yoga class on Saturday afternoon. I haven't been to the Saturday afternoon class before and it was meant to be Hatha Yoga, but it was just a lot of laying around doing very small leg lifts and not really all that hard. Better than nothing I guess, but I think I would have preferred to have a nap.
Sunday - After a long lunch with some girlfriends, Marcus and I headed out for a lovely evening walk. It is getting so cold in the evenings, so I was glad to be home just before the sun went down.
