My blogging has been a little lackluster of late, a combination of travelling every week and the resulting bronchitis I picked up with then trying to catch up on the work I have fallen behind in has meant blogging has taken a back seat but here is the first weekly workout session back in the blogging chair!
Tuesday 21st - very glad to be in Melbourne this week with the terrible weather in Sydney! I headed out for a nice afternoon walk around the MCG and Fitzroy gardens, it was lovely.
Wednesday 22nd - Early morning gym session for the win. It was a little too cold to get outside this morning around 8C (45F) and I didn't pack quite enough layers for that! The awesome gym is a good spot to head!
Thursday 23rd - last day in melbourne and my awesome hotel brings yoga mats and hand weights to your room! I was hoping the hand weights were going to be a little heavier than 1kg but the yoga mat was great with my yoga video on the iPad!
Saturday 25th - sneaked in a quick walk but nothing to write home about! Most of the day was spent in town with my Grandad for Anzac Day and then watching this crazy hail storm!
Looking forward to being back in Sydney this week to get into the gym and a new program with the trainer!
