Holiday time is great for workouts that’s for sure! I managed to get a number of workouts in for this week.
Strength session at the gym, this was my dead-lift weight – 40kg? phew!
I got in a nice 8km walk in the morning then 3km walk in the arvo. Love walking around our area on New Years Eve!

We didn’t do much but did start this awesome ab challenge!
Morning walk, headed down to the beach to get some nice sunshine and swims. It was a nice 3.5km walk before heading down to Bowral for a lovely wedding!
