Back to work, no more endless days to laze at the beach and drink coffee until mid-day.
I needed a good quality RunTherapy session after first day back on Monday, I just did a quick 3.5km around the point and it was lovely. I forgot to snap a picture so instead you get a snap of our dinner.
Back in the gym for a session with Quentin, I managed to add 10kg to my deadlift weight. Massive increase! It only brings the total up to about 50kg but not bad!
This felt like a repeat of the Stadium Stomp I did back in July last year, it was up and down the steps of the SCG for 6 hours fundraising for the pink day for the McGrath foundation. I wouldnt usually call that a workout, but holy cow it definitely was. My calves were cramping that night.
Another session with Quentin. There were medicine balls and tricep pulls and long story short I couldn't really lift my arms later in the day. I made it to a recovery session at the beach with this little lump.
My first session riding my bike around Mosman hills, it was so much fun and great to be able to get there by just riding and not having to mess around with the car situation.
