This week wasn't the best in terms of workouts, I didn't plan particularly well and that is usually where things go down hill for me. I did get some workouts in so I am pretty happy to report those! I have also been terrible with doing my weekly workout posts! So back into those, here we go!
My trainer absolutely smashed me on Tuesday, I was doing deadlifts and rope pulls and all manner of things.
I am a glutton for punishment but I have some sessions to make up and so I am doing 2 a week until the end of January! For this week it meant back to back Tuesday-Wednesday. More weights on Wednesday morning - Kettlebell swings, clean and jerks (my first time doing those!) and chin ups. I collapsed in a heap at the end of the session. Definitely earnt my high-5!
This was the second Saturday morning Mosman hills session I have done and I am loving it! I think I have a reasonably good route planned out now but damn those hills are tough.
Three workouts in the week - admittedly they were awesome workouts so that's something.
