Last Friday was my birthday, which made for an exciting week workout wise, or not as the case may be. The main cause for that was the lack of workouts after Melbourne Cup day on Tuesday too!
Boxing time, I was a little late and super thankful for the boxing class being about 100m from my desk in the office, if I had to get up to the gym I wouldn't have gone. So so So many squats!!! Oucha... I had to burn off the celebration cake for birthdays and Halloween and Melbourne Cup! The silly season is officially here.

TGIF indeed - Birthday time so that called for a celebratory walk around the point again! Followed of course by a delicious breakfast in the sun!
And because it was my birthday I can convince my lovely pals to come for a bike ride with me at lunch time, they even gave me this awesome orange jersey for my birthday!
Recovery day, probably too many of those this week. Oh well, it was my birthday weekend.
No tag called for a long walk, well what was meant to be a long walk but ended up being a bushwalk to this gorgeous beach for a swim, but it was super windy so a wander down to the beach and then a nice relaxing arvo.

This week would have been a total of 37.8 points I think. Not sure about the cycling or boxing conversion though. Need to up my game for the real challenge if I want to crack 50 points every week! Kick off is on the
