So, what better way to stay on track this silly season than with the Holiday Sweat Challenge - Amanda over at Run to the Finish is hosting again, in collaboration with Sweat Guru and Fit Approach. It is like my two friends are getting together! I am already a Sweat Pink ambassador and so this is going to be a great 6 weeks!
I had a great time last year, here are some of the snaps:
I am aiming to crack 50 points every week for 6 weeks this year. Which is going to be quite the improvement from last year!
Last year my stats were:
Week 1 - 30.5 points
Week 2 - 29 points
Week 3 - 41.5 points
Week 4 - 30 points
Week 5 - 19 points
Week 6 - 25 points
Week 7 - 57.25 points
Total: 231.75 points, with an average of 33 points a week. So I am going to be working out and getting those veggies and water points a LOT more this year.
I looked back on my best week, Week 7 and had a look at how it went:
Sunday - 10km walk
Monday - 5km run and 3.5km walk
Tuesday - 4km walk, 20 minutes strength, 10 mins stretch.
Wednesday - Swim and 3.5km walk
Thursday - 30 min strength, 30 min cardio, 3.6km walk
Friday - rest
Saturday - 14km walk
So only 1 rest day and a lot of walking/running - I can get onto that!
