Applying moisturiser - All that aforementioned travel doesnt help with dry and scaly skin, and I almost never put moisturiser on my body. I am relatively good at applying my face moisturiser but for some reason the body stuff doesnt get a look-in. I bought a nice subtle self-tanning one that I can hopefully use to help me not look quite so translucent with my office tan.
Taking a multi-vitamin - i travel a lot and so i am not always great at getting my 5 vegetables, 2 fruits, however much fish and any other good fats or something that you are meant to get each day. I am also in and out of hospitals and airports - breeding grounds for so so many germs. So i wanted to get into the habit of taking a multi-vitamin every day.
Things I want to do as 30 day habits:
Drinking enough water - at the moment I am struggling to get my 2L of water in each day and with the heating up of the weather it is more important to make sure I am getting enough to drink!
10,000 steps every day
My fitbit average is currently sitting at 10,200 so I average 10k across a week, but I usually end up all over the chart. I will do 29,000 steps on Saturday, then on the other side I will crash and do less than 5k on Friday! I want to be more consistent with my workouts, I tend to do massive workout days and then rest for a day, rather than being active every day.
Have you ever done a 30 day challenge? What did you do?
