Double Monday - this is a recurring theme and I am liking it. Double workouts on the days when I can is great. Makes me really enjoy those rest days!
In the morning was a 3km loop with Marcus and then Boxing in the evening!! It sounds silly, but we did a lot more boxing than usual. It's normally more of a cardio boxing sort of class but this was excellent getting us working on our punches! Although my partner was a little smaller than me and I almost knocked her arm off with some of my hooks!
Great afternoon session in the gym. I did 3 sets of: 1km run/250m row/1 min plank.
I was aiming to do 5 sets but then got tired and slipped on the treadmill, so 3 sets it was.
I had a nice rest day today, flying back from Melbourne. I also got started on the Lorna Jane Burpee challenge with 4 burpees when I got home! This is going to start getting tough around the 16th I think!

Rest day - I couldn't move after the deadlifts yesterday! I did manage to get my burpees done of course though.
Massive pick up on my weekend workouts! Marcus and I headed out for a huge walk, a half-marathon in fact! 21.1km.
Bike training got serious, I went for a ride that wasn't a commute to work! Liz and I got our training on in Centennial Park for a tidy 25km ride.
Then in the afternoon we played a great game of tag, it was a hot afternoon so an hour of tag was tough. Although one good thing - it means summer is coming!!!
