Yep, nothing for 3 days! It has been a long time since I last went 3 days without a single workout. Up early Thursday morning to get a walk in with Marcus followed by a gym session in the evening. Back into it!
Bike time - I headed to Centennial Park and cranked out 30km in 1 hr 20 mins. Not a bad training ride for Spring Cycle!
Oztag time! Love a good tag session. We didn't play for as long as we usually do, but it was a good run around none the less.
