Back to boxing, this has proved lately to be a staple in my week. I am always in the office on Mondays, so I go every week and it is a really great workout.
Back in the gym for some strength work. It was a fundraising day for kids with cancer on Friday, so the gym extended that all week. I wore my Collingwood jersey to show my footy colours!
I also headed out for a 3km walk after work with Marcus.
RUN CLUB!!!! It was raining and cold but I had so much fun! I love run club! I only did 6km, I really need my headlamp excuse I kept slipping in puddles or on leaves so I need to get back into the running in the dark situation! It was slow, but it was good.
I am still sore from this workout, it was tough! It was pouring on Saturday, so a garage workout was needed!
I did 10-20-30-40-50-50-40-30-20-10 of Kettlebell swings, with 100 skips between each set.
Recovered from those kettlebells!
