Double day Monday! Crazy right? I think so, but it was Be Healthy week at work and so we had a circuit class on campus at lunch for 30 mins and then I couldn't miss boxing could I?
Rest day - flew to Brisbane
Up early in Brisbane for a nice morning walk along the river. My legs were still pretty sore from Mondays sessions, both sessions had a lot of squats, squat jumps and lunges! This was a nice walk and i got up my 5km requirement to count as a walk.
After work run session of 5.3km was a good one to get the legs going. Not a quick pace but it was still a run so I am claiming it!
Upper body session for me, working out with my trainer. Lots of shoulders, triceps, chest and some sled pushes and squats just to keep the heart rate up. Turns out the gym is super empty in the afternoons, so a friday evening workout was awesome.
