So I am getting really behind on posting these but now I am caught up I hope! I havent been taking too many pictures but hopefully this will be a good one!
Boxing again, loving that one. This was a lot of lunges, squats and sprints - again!
Spring is here! Marcus and I have started going on morning walks, this is quite the view to start the day with. We did 3km, we will need to get up a little earlier to build that up.
I also went back to run club on Tuesday night, not a super fast run but it was good to get back there again. I am looking forward to daylight savings starting so the runs will be light!
Wednesday morning was up and at them again for another sunny walk. Added a little extra this morning but it only made it 3.6km. It takes us 40 minutes though and gives me about 5000 steps on my fitbit so not a bad start!
Then another Wednesday double, I headed up to the gym for a workout with my trainer - lots of arms and that damn sled. I then finished off with a 2 minute burpee challenge and made it on the leader board for 36 in 2 minutes. That didn't last long but I am definitely keeping this picture for evidence that I was in the top spot!
