Great news! The Tuesday morning Boxing class at work had to be moved to Monday night, which means I can get there a little more consistently. It was really good to literally have to walk downstairs to get an awesome workout in. Only 4 people in the group but a great group made for a lot of fun.
Early morning workout in the living room, I pumped out this Interval Workout in the lounge room in the morning. It was good to get sweating at home before heading to work.
A little practice run for my Olive 5k, so I headed out onto the bike track near work to get a 5k run in. I did my run in 33:12, so I am aiming to get 2 minutes off that time in the next week for my Olive5k PB!
My gosh, it is windy and cold in Sydney. About 2 minutes after leaving the house I wanted to turn back and pop my trackies and hoodie back on but alas, we ended up walking about 8km. I accidentally paused (and forgot to restart) my Garmin when we stopped briefly at the shops on the way home! This is meant to be showing this fountain completely blowing onto one side, but it doesn't really. Not to worry.
