Terrible week this week, only managed to get in 3 workouts and they were barely even workouts! I was also terrible at getting my post up in time, and it is now like 5 days late!! arggh.. Instead of every day this week, just assume I was resting (or being very lazy and busy with work).
Tuesday - session with the lovely Inger, with lots of squats and heavy chest press.
Thursday - attempted my first 5k run on the treadmill. I did not enjoy it. I dont generally like running on the treadmill, but I don't mind it for a few sprints but the full 5k was tough. Not a bad pace considering I did the first 500m walking to warm up.
Headed to the gym for a workout, just a little cardio nothing too exciting but still got some sweat on!
This week was tough, I was busy with work and travel and didn't plan ahead I guess. It was also FREEZING both in Sydney and Melbourne and I am definitely a fair weather runner! need to get back into it, but this week hasn't been too much better... bummer.
