Session with my trainer, stitches were out so she took that as a reason to absolutely smash me with all manner of terrible things. It was good though and I can bench press 30kg now with a barbell, quite the step up from the 10kg dumbells I am used to using!
WednesdayUnfortunately another rest day, wasnt meant to be and I had plenty of time to get a workout in but I was really tired so I went for a little walk that barely even counts - 20 minutes.
Up in Brisbane for the night with my awesome best friend, Alison. She works at the hospital where I was working for the day, so while she finished up her shift I headed out for a run! Amazing!
Up early to enjoy the sunny Brisbane weather and some quality chatting time with Alison, we headed out for a walk followed by a tasty green juice and chia pudding at Lorna Jane Active - wow, I am jealous, I hope they bring one out in Sydney soon!
Strength and walk day. I ended up doing a little home workout followed by an hour walk. Workout at home was 20 KB swings followed by 10 burpees x 5 reps. Shattered!
Long walk day! Hubby and I headed into town to get some more training in for his Oxfam walk. Only a shortish walk today but not too bad!
