Up early for a walk around the suburbs and this beautiful view! No filter on that sky, that is Sydney in autumn right?
Morning session with my trainer, slightly modified I will add. I usually would do some back work but the modifications meant leg work and I basically couldn't walk for the rest of the day!
Was the start of the corporate challenge! Who is participating this year? I love this challenge! My friend at work and I were going to head out for a run but we ended up being hectic and didn't have a lot of time so we laced up our walking shoes and headed out for 30 minutes. Some good steps but we didn't need to shower (hello stinky!) so we could get back to work!
Off on a day trip to Adelaide, not a lot of time to get a workout in. Let's call this a rest day.
Headed back to the gym! I did the same session as what I did on Tuesday which again meant I couldn't walk! The gym did get some new foam rollers that looked a little nasty!
Have you done a ParkRun? I have never done one, so I took it as a sign that I should jump into my first one because it was a "vivid" themed run, I had my stitches out and I also needed to get my Olive 5k run in! So I headed down to Mosman and got a great run in! I clocked up 33:42 which isn't too bad! Really need to focus and get that under 30 minutes before the Sydney Harbour Run! Need to beat my PB!

I then walked home taking the long route, made for a great morning workout.
After a few too many wines last night meant Sunday was also a rest day. I'm not sure I could have managed much else.
