Anyways, in typical fashion I will just write the sessions I did do and not focus on the negative where I missed them - oops!
Hotel gym in Perth, at a new (to me) hotel, was terrible so with the rain (aka massive thunderstorm) outside I had to make do with a lot of squats, some chest work and 20 minutes on the cross-trainer. The Fluro yellow shirt helped!
Great session with my trainer, an AMRAP workout that I will post later this week. There were thrusters though, so it was definitely tough!
More Oxfam training for Marcus, so that meant a long walk for us! Although the sleep in meant just a short walk. 6.5km wasn't too bad!
