My workouts this week were a little all over the place due to a last minute work trip. So, I am just going to concentrate on the days that I did workout!
Up crazy early (4:30am) to get to the airport for my flight. I did take advantage of the amazing lounge food and ordered a tasty fruit salad for breakfast!
Later that afternoon, I headed out for a run around the Domain in Auckland. It was lovely and I felt a little bit faster. Just need to keep it up and get closer to those elusive 6min/km! I then did my bonus 10 burpees in the hotel room for my single bonus point!!
Another early start (5:10, but that was NZ time so it felt like 3:10am!) for my flight home but I still managed to get in a 30 minute session on the bike and a 15 minute walk plus a few planks.
It was windy, rainy and all round terrible weather on Saturday but I headed out in the afternoon and got a nice hour walk in.
Short and sweet workouts this week, but at least I got 3 in!!
Points are 15 for workouts and I luckily smashed my Freggies and water for another 14 points. I only got burpees in once though!
