What you will need:
1.5 cups Chobani or any plain greek yoghurt
1 small lebanese cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess water.
1/4 cup of mint, finely sliced
1 clove of garlic, crushed
This is seriously as simple as mixing it all together and then enjoying it on anything you choose to! Goes great with felafel balls, salmon cakes and of course anything to do with lamb.
