My last two weeks in Korea went well, I got some good workouts in. I took advantage of a less demanding schedule in the early part of the week before I starting getting a little slacker towards the end of the week.
My weeks were generally a few shorter workouts Monday, Wednesday, Friday and then a longer session on Tuesdays because we couldn't use the room in the Hospital so that meant I had time for a great workout.
I finally have made it home to a weekend of rain and drizzle. Looking forward to enjoying more healthy meals and outdoor workouts.
