Monday I did play a little touch footy on the beach. Tuesday and Friday I smashed out sessions with my trainer and the rest of the time I spent in the city at a work function which was a little more interesting than my terrible workouts this week!
I am seriously in love with these shoes! I think I need another pair! Maybe a nice bright colour this time??
I did also do another good deed on Saturday morning though, I have blood after getting a call during the week that a patient needed my specific (clearly very special) combination of antigens for some reason next week. So I made sure to pop up and donate.
My running goals have been terrible! I need to really get back on track with my workouts. I am really looking forward to my trip to Korea this week because I will be able to dedicate a lot of time to working out! I have a workout plan set by my trainer and I will be smashing out my workouts every morning, with 4 days of weights plus HIIT cardio and 2 days of moderate swimming or yoga. I think my hotel has a gym with classes so I will have to see what is on offer!
I'll have to do an update on my January goals this week too and my aims for February!
