Believe me, I am not going to be the one to tell you to wear flats all the time but those heels are doing some crazy shortening of your calves. So, these are some of the stretches that I do morning or night (or both depending on how sore they get). You will need to stretch both your calf and your achilles.
This one you can ditch! I have started to carry around only a wristlet (a mighty nice Michael Kors one in actual fact) and it is an absolute dream! All I carry is my wallet (a small one with 3 card places and a spot for cash only), keys, phone and lip balm. It is lovely to not have to lug around a heavy handbag and my neck, arms and back are definitely thanking me for it.

There are a bunch of other things that are harming you too, but there are no alternatives! Skinny jeans are cutting off circulation to your legs, thick belts are weakening your abdominal muscles, g-strings (thongs) are giving you a yeast infection and your tight tie can give you glaucoma. Everything in moderation I figure and do what you can to stay stylish and healthy.
