So in the interests of not boring you with how little exercise I have done over the past few weeks, I thought 2 posts combining the lack of workouts would be a better idea.
Week 5 - I managed to get in a session with my trainer and 3 walks. So pathetic. My diet remained reasonably ok though so I ended up with a total of 19 points. I did finally find a headband that stays on my head though - Lorna Jane for the win!

Week 6 - This was starting out even worse but it was Christmas week! I only did a workout with my trainer on Monday, where she nearly killed me in anticipation of my Christmas lack of workouts.
