We headed out to the Australian open golf on Sunday, and saw this man. He is even more dreamy in real life. That is Adam Scott for those who aren't completely overloaded with golfing information. We covered 6 miles walking around the course - lucky I was wearing my fitbit! Managed to get all my water in but no FB or freggie points.
Rest day, freggies, FB and water. 3 points.
Rest day after being very sick on Monday night, I had to cancel my trainers session on Tuesday morning so I took it easy. I still managed 8000 steps on my fitbit but it was a slow moving day that was for sure. Freggies were hard on a weak stomach but I made sure to rehydrate. 1 point for the day, not ideal.
I was able to get back into it on Wednesday with a quick run at lunch, with 61% humidity it wasn't a great long run but not too bad. I went with a girl from work so we were able to keep each other going. Need to get more hydration in for lunch runs though! 2 miles done there.
Then in the evening we played a pretty intense game of OzTag, so it was a good day. I didn't get all my Freggies in but I did get the water and FB points and I stretched for 20 mins after dinner which is really helpful! So a total of 9 points for the day!
Up bright and early to see my trainer for a strength workout. Still working hard at those blasted pull ups. I did a really great one first up, then I fatigue like nobody's business and before long my 3 second lowers are becoming rapid descents, but it was still a good session and 3 points of strength training plus full water, freggies and FB points.
Rest day ahead of 3 points event on Saturday, but I still snuck in a 3 mile walk to stretch out the legs plus 20 minutes of stretching and foam rolling is really easy to fit in infront of the TV. So 4 exercise points and 2 points for water and Freggies.
Today was the big biathalon which ended up with 4.5 miles of running and about 10 minutes of swimming, so 5.5 points plus lots of water. Missed my freggies points but got the FB points with this lovely picture!
The vests are for safety, clearly not fashion :-)
Then again I probably negated it all with my Sunday morning breakfast!
