Commit to blogging 2 x per week, with quality content. You guys will need to be the judge of whether or not it was quality content but I averaged 2 posts a week, sometimes that was a post a day but unfortunately it was sometimes also no posts all month (oops, sorry March)
Health and Fitness
Run 10km in under 1 hour - I am getting there very very slowly. I did a PB back in July of 68 minutes and I can actually run at 5:30/km pace now for more than 1 minute, so I am pretty happy with that. Hopefully next year I will crack the hour!
Run/Walk 20km/week - running 4 x a week, every week, for a YEAR! what was I thinking!
Drink 2 litres of water each day - Absolutely nailed this one, I have drink bottles all over the house and office now.
Ride to work on average 1 x/week - If I was in the office every day of the week this would be easy, but unfortunately I have been out of the office about 70% of the year, so riding proved difficult. I definitely rode a fair number of times and always rode when I had a full week in the office. I even ended up doing a 50km spring cycle!
Continue tracking my food on MyFitnessPal (follow me, I'm LicoriceOlives) - I keep losing my streak when I enter my food in advance, so it is really annoying but I have been entering very consistently, ever tim tam and cup cake is in there!
Cook 12 new meals - Nailed this one, and you can see most of them on the blog; bruschetta pizza, salmon cakes, olive spirals, pumpkin and mushroom risotto, linguini cabonara, felafel balls, chicken schnitzel, slow cooked beef stroganoff, smoked salmon swirls, quesadilla's, hedgehog potatoes, slow cooked chilli and whilst I didn't cook it I have to mention Marcus's delicious Beef Wellington too!
