Monday - PT strength session
Tuesday - Run Club in the evening
Wednesday - Planned rest day
Thursday - Hotel Workout in the morning and Run club in the evening
Friday - Rest day.
Saturday - 9km Run at Run club.
Sunday - 5km walk
I had a great running week this week, with 21km clocked this week. Pretty happy with that. Although my hips are not particularly happy with that. I spent some time on the foam roller on Saturday night and that really helped loosen them up. I really must get on the foam roller more often, does wonders for my legs.
