This week was much better for workouts and finished with a definite bang.
Monday - Rode to and from work (30km)
Tuesday - Afternoon Run around the Swan river in Perth. I did 8km for my Strava challenge (just got in for the last day). It said I did 5'45"/km. I know that is a lie. It felt like my slowest run ever, even though it was flat. It is one of the reasons why I bought my Garmin, the GPS on my iphone goes way out of whack. It was a lovely view though;
Wednesday - Unplanned Rest day. Legs were mighty sore from riding and running, so a sleep in was in order.
Thursday - Morning Strength session
Friday - Afternoon walk
Saturday - Planned Rest Day
Sunday - 14km run for City 2 Surf
