Monday - Rest Day. Due to some unforseen tummy issues I didn't make it to run club for intervals instead I was in bed by 8pm.
Tuesday - Epic fail for run club, I ended up going for a run around home 5.3km because I forgot my shoes. Running around home is so much harder with all the hills!
Wednesday - Morning strength session, I did a bunch of different moves in a circuit. I started with a 2km row!
Thursday and Friday - none, busy nights and days meant I really needed to get up for morning sessions but really just didnt make it.
Saturday - Oztag game in the sunshine of a Sydney winter.

Sunday - Hungover rest day
Highlight of the week was definitely being back at Oztag, we haven't played for at least 3 weeks, partly due to our trip to Bowral.
