After talking about mixing up my foods, I have gone ahead and done it. I had to, I mentioned it on the blog so that means it is non-negotiable right?
Anyway, following on from my delicious breakfasts I was having in Melbourne. I now have a great new snack - Almond overload. It is natural yoghurt with almond butter and sliced almonds. Delicious.
Then of course sticking back to tried and true that we haven't had for a few weeks which isn't new at all but was good to get back to - steak and veges. A little mustard on my steak for perfection.
Now this was the toughest one for me. I have never cooked fish before, and I was worried about overcooking it or probably worse undercooking it and making myself sick. I probably overcooked it a little but it was delicious! This one is definitely being added to the repertoire!
Now what else to try? We dont have long before we head off on holidays so we won't have a lot of time, but I do still need to make bread for my August goals!
