Warm up - 5 minutes on the rower
50 burpees for time - I managed 5 minutes 29 seconds. Not bad for a first effort.
20 sit ups
Sprint - I ended up doing a stair sprint up these bad boy stairs. For a split second I considered giving the weight vest a go but after doing 50 burpees, I laughed at my stupidity and got started up the stairs.
I needed a little break after the burpees, they really pushed my limits I think. I broke it up into lots of 10 for the first 20 and then I got tired and it became lots of 5. Marcus is currently aiming for 100 a day for 5 days! I followed up with some plank and side plank, so that I can start to look like Pink, for a 350 calorie burn on a Wednesday night. Not too shabby if you ask me.
