4 large zucchini's, grated
3/4 cup self raising flour
1 cup grated cheese
4 middle rashers of bacon (or 6 short cut), diced and cooked
1 onion, diced and cooked
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl ensuring it is mixed well, then place in an oven-proof dish and cook for 40 minutes or until brown on top. We usually serve it with fetta or a little tomato sauce (ketchup) but it is just as good on its own. Also delicious the next day at work.
