I guess you guys are the judge of the quality, but yes I have been blogging twice a week and sometimes more!
- Read 12 new books
So far this month I have read: The old man and the Sea - Hemmingway so I need to up the book reading a little to meet this one.
Health and Fitness
- Run/Walk 20km/week -I have actually been doing a lot more bike riding this year, so I think this should change to workout 4x/week.
- Drink 2 litres of water each day - This has been going great! I am drinking well over my 2L most days especially considering it is so hot down in Sydney at the moment and I have my awesome new drinking cups!
- Continue tracking my food on MyFitnessPal (follow me, I'm LicoriceOlives) - Just hit 25 days, so this is definitely a success!
Apparently most people have given up on their new years resolutions by the end of January, that is why I think S.M.A.R.T. goals are better than resolutions, but I like a clear idea of what I am doing and how I am tracking each month.
Looking forward to getting back on track in February with the cooking goals too!
