I am not even kidding about how easy this is... get ready for deliciousness.
500g chuck steak (or other cheap diced meat)
1 bottle of Nacho sauce (we use old el paso Nacho topping)
1 can of black beans (can also use kidney or any other similar beans)
Rice, cheese and sour cream or yoghurt to serve.
Dice and cook the onion, brown the meat and then pop them into the slow cooker with the Nacho topping. Cook on low for 8 hours. About an hour or so before you want to eat, drain and rinse the black beans and then pop them in as well.
Serve on top of rice, with cheese and yoghurt on top! Absolutely delicious, especially on a rainy Sunday evening.
