I made my first smoothie last week! We have a beautiful blender we got for our wedding that has been put to good use with pastries, sauces and soups but not a single smoothie.
So, out came the blender and I made things up as I went along!
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Chucked it all in and blitzed! Deliciousness!
Next time - I will add in some ice, it was a little thick and quite a strong flavour.
