Beach Reads

What is everyone reading on the beach at the moment (or snuggled up out of the snow depending on your hemisphere)? I am making my way through a few at once well, until this storm rolled in:

Mary Boleyn by Alison Weir - this is one long book, im not going to lie but I have been getting through it slowly and hopefully I will be finished by the end of the holidays. I love that Alison Weir's books are 100% factual, so I feel like I am learning as I am flipping the pages with my feet in the sand.

Blog, Inc. by Joy Deangdeelert Cho - What a great easy read! It actually sprung up in my google reader when Sara over at Sincerely Sara  mentioned that she had read the sample and was hooked, I did the same and finished it in 2 days. Hopefully you will like the blog improvements I have learnt from that little summer read.

 



The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway - Very old (1952) but incredibly short, I wized through this one in less than a day and ill be honest whilst the story was compelling and well written and a generally good story. Definitely worth the read if you havent already. Actually got me wanting to try a few more classics this year.
