This recipe is courtesy of Women's Weekly circa 1971. So it is not exactly a low fat option, however we only bring this one out when it is Mr Olive's birthday or I have been away or when we have over some lovely friends for dinner (one of which doesn't eat things that eat grass... walk on grass? grasseterian?). Surprisingly, someone has actually gone to the effort of putting the recipe online.
As it turns out, making crepes is very much a fine art, one which has taken me 3-4 attempts, although the failures are incredibly delicious!
