Saturday was also my Super Saturday Session, I was incredibly dissappointed. In the sessions thus far I was able to burn 400-500 calories easily, especially in the cardio ones. However the prescribed session for Saturday? 180 calories and 17 minutes 30 seconds. So an hour walk/jog plus 15 minutes on the spin bike got me over the line.
The meals were getting a little bland for me, mainly because I dont like chilli or a lot of ginger, so I had just been leaving that out. Sunday night we bit the bullet and bought a tube of each! Dont get too excited they are still mild but they definitely made our meal much more exciting!
Goals for this week? Meal planning, morning workouts and increasing my pathetic wall sit time.
