As you are probably aware by now, I am doing the Michelle Bridges 12 week body transformation. I am now into week 3 of the program and I am really enjoying it. Its sometimes a bit crummy getting up when its still dark to get to the gym... every morning! Still, I am jumping out of bed and racing to get dressed before I actually realise its still night time.
In this weeks video, Michelle spoke about how week 3 is traditionally the hardest. The initial fun and exciting aspect program has lost its shine but there is still 9 weeks left to go. Im tired and sore from training and for the most part just want a slice of cheesecake and a nap. Im not though, I am pushing through and straight past the lolly jars at work that are calling my name.
One thing that Michelle spoke about was if she had a magic wand and put me at my goal weight - what would that achieve? I wouldn't know the hard work it takes to stay there and I would be back at that lolly jar before I know it.
Then again, I was speaking to another seasoned 12WBTer (it's a word) and she has been working hard for 18 months and would love to get her hands on that wand!
If week 3 is the hardest though, I can totally handle this - bring on the rest of the 9 weeks!
