The recipe that I have used successfully and I find the most delicious is from The Yummy Life where there are many different options, but they all start with the samebase. The chia seeds can make this breakfast a little pricey to start with, but you only use half a teaspoon each day, so the pack should last for months!

I have only tried the Raspberry and Vanilla flavour so far but I know a few people have asked me about them on Twitter so I wanted to show them off in all their glory! Unfortunately we dont tend to have mason jars in Australia, so I have just used a tupperware container which was super handy for taking in the car and eating in traffic on the way to work.
I know I am not the only one obsessed with this delicious and easy breakfast, Monica at C'est Law vie and Iowa Girl Eats to name a few!
